Dr. Liam Bisson, DVM is a native Vermonter and grew up in the greater Burlington area. After finishing his undergraduate career at the Ohio State University, he moved to China where he found his true passion: veterinary medicine. He achieved his veterinary degree at Colorado State University and took over the practice in 2010. In his free time, Dr. Bisson enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time with his wife and 4 dogs.
Dr. Josephine Raezer, DVM grew up in central Pennsylvania and received her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College. After college, she completed a year of service for Americorps in Burlington and fell in love with the city. Dr. Raezer recently graduated from Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine located in Phoenix, AZ. She loves trail running with her dogs, reading and skiing.
Brooke was born and raised in Shelburne, VT. Her love of animals and helping others started at a young age and blossomed when she joined 4-H. She shadowed Dr. B as a senior in high school and has now graduated UVM with a major in Animal Science. She loves the outdoors, going on adventures and spending time with her "kid", Donut.
Meghan is originally from Vermont and became involved in animal medicine through working with rescue dogs. From animals with loving homes to those awaiting families, she is incredibly grateful to be able to watch them grow, recuperate and live healthy and happy lives.
Jackie is an Animal Science major at the University of Vermont and hopes to become a veterinarian one day and work with shelter animals and wildlife. In her free time, she enjoys going hiking, creating artwork, taking care of her UVM CREAM cows and spending time with her bird, Tink.
Ashley is originally from Philadelphia and is currently a hopeful pre-vet student at UVM. She is an avid skier and ballerina. She loves spending time with her CREAM cows, working with seal pups and marine mammals and playing with her hamster, June Bug.
Jamie (J.J.) is originally from Massachusetts and is studying Animal Science at UVM. Her love for horses brought her to school to study them and hopefully help heal them! In the future Jamie hopes to spend time travelling and working with wildlife and livestock and eventually make it to Veterinary school. In her free time she like spending time with horses and her UVM CREAM cows.
Valerie is originally from New York and got her Bachelors degree from Hunter College. She recently moved to Vermont and enjoys reading, acting and spending time with her two children and her cat, Luna.
